The application of VAT registration requires the following: MOA & AOA of company Cancelled cheque of current account of company Two photograph of directors Proof of identity and proof of residence of directors Rubber stamp of company Rs.25000/- towards advance payment of VAT Rs.5000/- non refundable deposit to department
Services Tax Registration	Under the Services Tax Act, it is described that services tax registration is inevitable for companies engaged in providing taxable services in India. Having an exemption limit of Rs. 10 Lacs from the registration of Services tax, this registration requires the following documents: MOA & AOA of company Self attested copy of PAN card Proof of registered office of the company
Import Export Code	Foreign companies engaged in import and export of goods require import export code as an essential. This helps in hassle free carrying out of the transactions effectively and in a transparent manner. This code can be obtained through submitting various documents as stipulated by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
